Refund & Dispute Policy

1. No Refund Policy

At xHosts UK, all services are provided on a prepaid basis. We do not offer refunds once a service has been activated, under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all services and packages listed on our website, including but not limited to:

  • Web Hosting
  • VPS Hosting
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Domains and domain-related services
  • Add-ons, upgrades, and licenses
  • Any other digital or subscription-based services

Once provisioning has begun or a service becomes active, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.

2. Service Activation & Responsibility

By placing an order with xHosts UK, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the service meets your requirements before purchase
  • Activation is immediate or near-immediate for most services
  • All costs are incurred upon activation and cannot be reversed

It is the client’s responsibility to contact support before ordering if they are unsure whether a service is suitable.

3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened with your payment provider for any transaction:

  • All related services will be immediately suspended
  • Access to the client area may be restricted
  • Ongoing or future services may be withheld

Reactivation Conditions

We will not reactivate any service for any reason until all of the following conditions are met:

  • The dispute or chargeback has been fully resolved
  • The original invoice amount has been paid in full
  • All dispute, chargeback, and processing fees charged to us have been paid in full

This applies regardless of the outcome of the dispute with the payment provider.

4. Unresolved Disputes

Failure to resolve a dispute or chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent service termination
  • Account closure
  • Refusal of future services
  • Legal or debt recovery action where applicable

xHosts UK reserves the right to refuse service to any client who has previously opened disputes or chargebacks.

5. Exceptions

No exceptions to this policy will be made, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Misunderstanding of service specifications
  • Early cancellation
  • Downtime or service interruptions (covered under SLA where applicable)
